Miguel is an Eindhoven-based photographer with a passion for analogue photography. He works with several film formats, from 35mm and 110 to 645 and 6x7, using colour, black-and-white and Ektachrome film.

What started as a hobby has grown into a collection of more than 20 Pentax cameras, a large set of manual lenses and a catalogue of more than 5,000 photographs. He is interested in collaborative projects.

Jaïr is a street photographer based in Eindhoven with a passion for portraits and authentic moments.

He enjoys exploring the city with his camera and is interested in photowalks, studio shoots, workshops, feedback sessions and collaborative projects.

Ihor has lived in Eindhoven for more than three years and works in IT. Photography has been part of his life since his teenage years and was also his main work from 2010 to 2012.

He mainly photographs people, enjoys experimenting with old adapted lenses and would like to gain experience in street photography and video.

Paul has lived and worked in Eindhoven for almost five years. Before moving to the Netherlands, he spent around five years doing photography as a hobby and side job. He now mainly creates for himself and shoots with Fujifilm.

Mees is 23 years old and works at an event agency in Eindhoven, where he creates aftermovies, photography and designs. He studied filmmaking and brings practical experience in visual storytelling.

Bart is a filmmaker and photographer based in Eindhoven. Through BDGVisuals, he creates video content, aftermovies and visual stories for businesses, events and brands.

He is currently growing his portfolio and would like to connect with other creators, exchange ideas and collaborate on new projects.

Shawon is a full-time researcher and part-time photographer. He picked up photography as a serious hobby during the pandemic and mainly creates cityscapes and street photographs.

Joy is from Veldhoven and works in communications at a youth care organisation. Photography has been part of her life since secondary school; she studied photography for two years before the hobby gradually moved into the background for a while.

When travelling she especially enjoys street photography, with occasional landscapes, nature and wildlife. She joined the community to pick up her camera more often closer to home, explore new places and create alongside other photographers. She is particularly interested in photowalks, workshops and collaborative projects.

Deepali is an automotive engineer by profession and a photographer by passion. What started as a hobby behind the camera is gradually becoming something she wants to pursue more seriously.

She also enjoys cinematography and telling stories through film, and would love to collaborate with fellow creatives and people with a story worth telling.

Frank is a 26-year-old sports and wildlife photographer from Veldhoven who creates purely for the joy of it.

He is interested in photowalks, workshops, feedback sessions, collaborative projects, editing sessions and trips to interesting events.

Guy started photography as a hobby a few months ago and is still exploring which subjects and styles suit him best.

His day job is outside the media world: he works as a chocolatier and pastry chef.

Will is interested in art in many forms and has always enjoyed photography. He mainly creates with a phone or simple digital cameras and would like to further develop his eye for composition with like-minded people. His day job is in engineering and physics.

Koen is also known as “the guy with the motorcycle”. Motorcycles are the subject of many of his photographs.

He is a researcher by day, a full-time nerd and someone who enjoys picking up new hobbies. Photography is one of them. He is interested in photowalks, feedback sessions and collaborative projects.

Kate is a portrait and family photographer based in Eindhoven.

She joined the community to meet like-minded creators and connect with other photographers, filmmakers and visual storytellers in the region.

Juul works as a freelance video editor and photographer in Eindhoven and has an office near the station. Since the beginning of this year, he has also been practising FPV drone flying.

Alongside client work, he wants to fuel his creativity through more personal and artistic projects. He has also started printing more of his photographic work.

Niels is 32 and lives at Strijp-S. Taking pictures comes naturally to him: he enjoys going outside and making a photograph whenever a scene or moment catches his eye.

Elina is from Latvia and has been living in Eindhoven for two years. Photography has been her hobby since she was 16.

She mainly shoots with a Fujifilm X100VI and also enjoys analogue photography with a Canon F-1. She is interested in portraits and street photography and is always eager to learn something new.

Chantal is a curvy hobby model from Uden with a versatile portfolio.

She enjoys portrait, street, nature and wildlife photography and is interested in photowalks, studio shoots, workshops and collaborative projects.

Martijn is based in Eindhoven and has enjoyed photography for years, with a strong interest in nature, telephoto work, light painting and, more recently, astrophotography.

He works with a Canon 7D Mark II and a DWARF 3 and enjoys seeing how much of the night sky he can capture from the city. A recent Andromeda photo he shared on Reddit led him to Eindhoven Creative Community.

Brenda is 30, lives in Helmond and is originally from South Limburg. She graduated from art school and works as a graphic designer.

On holidays she is rarely without her camera and would like to do more with photography. She enjoys landscapes, street photography, nature, wildlife and architecture, and is interested in photowalks, workshops, feedback sessions and collaborative projects.

Yahya is a street photographer drawn to layered images, complex compositions and the quiet stories hidden in everyday life.

He is fascinated by the interplay of light and shadow and by the way people, architecture and fleeting moments can come together to tell a story within a single frame. He is interested in photowalks, workshops and collaborative projects.

Jessica has lived in Eindhoven with her fiancé for two years. She first picked up her own camera a year and a half ago and has been in love with photography ever since.

Besides photography, she enjoys cooking and walking. Every year she travels to Greece, where she and her fiancé organise an EDM festival with lots of love and enthusiasm. She is interested in workshops, photo discussions and critique sessions, and collaborative projects.

Thijs is 35 and has been taking photos for as long as he can remember. He still has albums of pictures he took with disposable cameras at the age of eight. During his design degree he bought his first DSLR and took more than 30,000 pictures a year; whenever he was outside, he would have it with him.

Over the last few years photography gradually slowed to a halt, and he would now like to get back into the hobby. He especially enjoys landscape, nature and wildlife photography and is interested in photo walks, studio shoots, workshops, photo discussions and critique sessions, collaborative projects, and photo editing and post-processing.

Murat is 46 and has been taking photographs for almost three years. He is curious to see what he can learn within the community.

Madi, short for Madalina, has been taking photographs for over 12 years and has focused on photography more seriously for about five years. She loves capturing natural feelings and emotions, especially those unexpected little moments that are not planned but often end up meaning the most.

She enjoys working with people and creating a relaxed atmosphere where they can simply be themselves in front of the camera. She can be a little introverted at first, but becomes more relaxed and open once she gets to know the people around her. That personal connection helps her capture genuine emotions and personalities. Alongside portraits, she also enjoys landscape, street, nature and wildlife photography and likes joining photo walks, workshops and collaborative projects.

Rik is a hobby photographer who prefers to work with analogue photography, especially black and white. He usually develops his negatives himself and regularly makes prints in the darkroom.

He is interested in photowalks, workshops, photo discussions and feedback sessions, and collaborative projects.

For Maurice, photography is an extension of his hobbies. He likes to take his camera along for karting, motorsport, aviation, travelling and classic Vespas.

Karen Muchanga is from Mozambique and studies Industrial Product Design in Belgium. Since she was very young, she has been fascinated by the small details in nature.

She is interested in workshops and photo editing and post-processing.

Jamil Karami is from Lebanon and has lived in Eindhoven for almost five years, after moving here to work as a software engineer. He bought his first camera in December 2025 and is still learning and exploring which direction in photography suits him best.

He especially enjoys portrait photography and has a particular interest in the cyberpunk and neon-light aesthetic. He also enjoys landscape, street, nature and wildlife photography and is interested in photowalks, studio shoots, workshops, photo discussions and feedback sessions.

Salim, also known as Sal, is from Eindhoven and has not been photographing for very long. He is taking it seriously and tries to learn as much as possible by getting outside and taking lots of photographs.

Street photography appeals to him most. He looks for real moments, people, light, shadow, movement and small details that can make an image interesting. At the same time, he is increasingly trying to develop his own way of seeing instead of only making technically good photographs.

Hanneke is a photographer, visual artist and street artist from Eindhoven. She works with photography, drawing and public space, and generally has a hard time sticking to just one medium. Her work often circles around bodies, identity, humour and gently messing with our ideas of what’s “normal”.

She is joining Eindhoven Creative Community to meet other local creatives, exchange ideas and collaborate. Or accidentally start a project together that gets completely out of hand. Either is fine.
